no formatting comes up in new post

you know the font selection, text size, bold, justification and all that... it doesn't come up on mine and never has... how can i get this?

Check that the option in the User CP that says something about a formatting toolbar is checked.
Should be: User CP --> Edit Options

oh yeah works now... anyway i make this selected for everybody who has already signed up and everybody who will sign up?

It should be on by default (from memory) - I think there was an upgrade somewhere along the line that disabled it (for already registered members) for some reason.
I may be wrong though.
