Have it installed, new users getting activation, signing in
forums and structure initially created
but don't get an "POST NEW" thread/posts available
tried with 3 different users
I don't even c it when I'm logged in as admin (should I)

Stuck!

Make sure that in the settings for that forum, 'Forum is Open?' is ticked.

Whenever I click a forum to go to it just loads the index Confused

Now the forums/sub are setup and all empty
Do I need 2 create an initial entry/post in each b4 u get a 'Post NEW' button available?

I've gone thru all the Admin settings and can't c anything I'm missing
Is there settings.php I need 2 check? (as had 2 modify 4 getting my cookies right as part of installation - prev thread)
I've even done different settings (moderator) for different forums 2c if that would have any effect.

No because that button needs to be there to make the first post... I've never seen this happen though.

What is the URL to your forums in General Configuration??
