Support questions via pm is a problem. That's why I stopped helping people out in the MyBB support forum. Just one post there, and the person who needs help sends me like 10 pms hoping I'd help them anyway.

I do... I don't mind it from some people though... it's usually after I've sorted one problem in a thread, I get bombarded with other requests. How to get a theme is a common one.
